We ship via UPS to orders within the Continental US.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping. We will email you with the cost for that prior to processing the order for shipment.

() Personalized and Photo Blankets: (2-4 weeks total)
Photo blankets and throws take about 2-3 weeks to make. We have seen quicker turn around times but it will depend on how busy the manufacturing plant is. Once the manufacturing process is complete it will be sent to you via UPS. Then it will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach you.

() Photo Posters: (about 7 working days total)
Photo posters take about 2 days to make and then leaves the warehouse. Once the manufacturing process is complete it will be sent to you via UPS. Then it will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach you.

() Gift Baskets: (about 7 working days total) If you need it quicker call for a shipping quote
Once we receive your order it will be processed the next business day and then immediately shipped out via UPS. Then it will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach you.

UPS Address Correction Fee

Please be sure that you provide us with the correct address for shipping your merchandise. If an address correction is necessary in order to deliver your package UPS will assess an address correction fee of $5.00 to the delivery. You agree to pay this fee if you provide a wrong address or if you change the ship to address after your package is in transit. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

As of January 2007 UPS now charges a shipping fee when a package must be returned to shipper. Orders that are refused by the customer or returned to our warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will be subject to return shipping costs. If any package cannot be delivered due to our error no additional shipping will apply.
